The short version: you buy the course, you get it for life, and if it doesn't work you get your money back. The rest is detail — here it is, minus the Latin.

What you're buying

Lifetime access to the Elevate Wake Academy video course for you and your household— the family learning behind one boat counts as one crew. The whole marina, your boat club, and “a mate who'll totally pay you back” each need their own login.

The guarantee

60 days, money back, no forms, no hard feelings.Watch the course, take it to the water, and if you're not riding better, email us and every cent comes back. We can afford this promise because almost nobody asks.

Payment plans

The 8-payment plan gives you instant full access, interest-free. If a payment fails we'll retry and email you; if it stays unpaid, access pauses until it's sorted — then you're straight back on the wave.

Your clips

Riding clips you upload stay yours. You're giving the coaches permission to watch them, draw all over them, and send them back with advice — that's the product. We won't use your footage for anything else without asking you first.

Our videos

The lessons are for members. Please don't rip, re-upload or resell them — it's two coaches and a boat, and every shared login comes out of the wave fund.

The safety bit (please actually read this one)

Wakesurfing is a watersport with real speed, real water, and a real boat. You ride at your own risk.Wear a vest, use a spotter, kill the engine near riders, know your local rules, and stay inside your limits — the course teaches technique, it doesn't repeal physics. If you have a medical condition, talk to a doctor before you ride — they're the only ones who can clear you.

The course will change

We re-film, add lessons, and improve things — that's a feature, and lifetime access means you get all of it. We won't take away anything you paid for.

Fair play, both ways

Be decent in the Q&A and to the coaches, and we'll be decent right back. We can suspend accounts that abuse people or the platform — we've never had to, and we'd like to keep it that way.
