Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to teach you wakesurfing, and we don't sell any of it.Here's the whole story, no legalese.

What we collect

• Your email and name — to give you access and reply to you.
• Purchase details — what you bought and when. Card numbers never touch us; Stripe handles those.
• Course progress — which lessons you've finished, so the dashboard knows where you're up to.
• Things you write — lesson questions, feedback notes, contact messages.
• Videos you upload — your riding clips, so the coaches can review them. That's the entire reason they exist.

What we don't do

• Sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• Run ad trackers. No pixels following you around the internet like a hungry seagull.
• Store your card details. Stripe (the payment company half the internet uses) keeps those.
• Show your riding clips to anyone but the coaches. Your wipeouts are safe with us.

Cookies

Two, and they're both boring: one keeps you signed in, one remembers which look of the site you picked. That's it — no tracking cookies.

Emails

You'll get the useful ones: receipts, sign-in links, and a note when a coach answers you. If we ever start a newsletter, it'll have an unsubscribe link that actually works.

Who helps us run this

Your data lives with a small crew of boring, reputable services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Mux (video), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). They process it only to run this site.

Your data, your call

Want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted? Email hello@elevatewake.comand it's done. Deleting your account deletes your progress, questions and clips — the 360 you landed stays in your memory, though.

If this policy changes

We'll update this page and the date at the top. Big changes get an email, so you hear about them directly.
